Anping Chen

Anping Chen is a composer currently based in New York and Shanghai focusing on scoring for films and media.

He has composed for many award-wining short films, games developed by NetEase, Tencent TiMi, Papergames, etc., and projects such as stage plays, light shows for attractions.

​

Anping’s style is blended with orchestral, electronic, and instrumental elements in a unique and recognizable way, and he always relates his music organically with the scenes, driving rich emotion among the audience.

 

He is currently a graduate student studying at NYU majoring in Screen Scoring and graduated from SFCM in Tech & Applied Composition.
